Disney Villains Tablescape

Disney Villains

Maleficent
The Evil Queen
Captain Hook
Ursula

Were they so bad, or just misunderstood...

I have had some Disney Villains salad plates in my collection and the timing was right to do a Tablescape.

*Please feel free to leave a comment below.  If you click on the photo it will enlarge for a closeup view.

I have some Beautiful chocolate shoes again for this tablescape.  Made for me by The Truffle Cottage.  Their work is exquisite.  So many incredible details went into their making.  Delicious chocolate as well.

A full view of my Disney Villains Tablescape.

Each place-setting is featured with a different Disney Villain.  Plates purchased on Ebay.

The placemats have a black crocodile print on  them which goes so well with Capt. Hook and Ursula.  As well as the gold charger plate that mimics coral from the sea.  Both of them came from Z Gallerie.  I like the spikeiness (not a real word?) of the gold charger as it goes so well with the Evil Queen's crown and Maleficent as well.

Each place has its own shoe placed above the plates, but there is also another surprise.  I have some small Fascinator  or Cosplay hats.  They were made in England from a wonderful hat maker for me.  They are made to be worn.  If you ever go to Comic Con conventions or costume shows you will see people with tiny hats on to simulate the character they are portraying.  I love to collect these small hats.  Actually the first time I saw them was when England had their last Royal Wedding.  I saw many people in these small hats.  At first I found them amusing, then I fell in love with them.

I just turned some of my goblets upside down to use as hat stands.

Each napkin has a different napkin ring that coordinates with their plate and chocolate shoe.

Closeup detail of the napkin rings.  They are really necklaces.  All of them purchased over time from Ebay, except the heart and crown for the Evil Queen from Snow White.  This necklace was purchased at the Disney Store.  Each guest will be able to take home the necklace from their place at the table.  It was so easy to find these necklaces that really told the story of each Villain.

Such detail in these shoes.  Look at the colors, even inside the shoes.

Such wonderful details.  I am very happy with how they turned out.  I can say this, since I didn't make them.

I criss-crossed some slightly twisted shades- to- match tulle across the table and tied at the table's edge.

Gold flatware is called Byzantine by Yamazaki.  I really liked the texture of the handles with this tablescape.  Not too much but just enough texture to go well the the plate stack.

Thank you so very much for looking.  I plan to post a few more photos.  Food items.

I will be sharing this for Tablescape Thursday at Between Naps on the Porch.

Beautiful table Valerie. I love the high heels. The plates are just as cute as can be. Lots of wonderful accessories to make this table fun. The gold chargers caught my eye along with the flatware.

Disney Villians! Oh, how I love to hate these despicable characters. I am sure that Malificent will not curse you for not inviting her. LOL.

Thank you for sharing this Lovely Tablescape, which down to the last detail is "Practically perfect in every way."

Love this! It is so perfectly timed, too! We are going to Disneyland, very soon. I love the colors and theme of beautiful female villains. You make them all look so pretty, and show a softer side.
Love,
Your First Born Child. :)

As the Seagull from the Little Mermaid would say, What a lovely collection of Snarflats and Dinglehoppers. "You've got an aesthetically pleasing configuration... that humans go nuts over."

Valerie, the shoes are magnificent. When I ordered my Cinderella shoes for my granddaughter's party they told me they were working on some of these. Wow! Malificent's shoe is my favorite!! Have you seen the Disney shoes - my friend purchase about 20 of them - fabulous detail like these. The hats are gorgeous too. My niece is going to Comic Con this weekend. We went last year but not this year. How fun to use the necklaces for napkin rings. You always set such fun tables.

Oh my goodness, this is amazing! I am not a crazy Disney person, but since I live in Celebration, Florida, and Walt Disney World is right down the road, it is hard not to love most everything Disney. These plates are amazing! What incredible detailing you did with this entire tablescape, from the charms on the napkins to the little fascinators! I am pinning this to a couple different boards, both Disney and tablescapes and scheduling to share on FB and Twitter. I would be so honored if you would stop by and share this amazing tablescape at Celebrate it Sunday! The party opens at 8 PM EST on Saturday nights and stays open until Friday! Glad I found this over at BNOTP!

Oh my word! This table is absolutely magical. It's not only fun; it's elegant. Those chocolate shoes are the most amazing thing I've ever seen. Did you really eat them? I'd want to preserve them in the freezer and bring them out for special occasions. The plates are so much fun and those chargers are gorgeous. Clever idea to use the necklaces as napkin rings and also party favors. Oh, and those hats are great too. I loved seeing all of these pictures.
